Genesis Live gives the brands we represent a single place to see their retail sales, inventory, and account activity across the retailers we manage for them — with AI analysis on top of their own data.
The Genesis Company represents consumer brands at major retailers, managing their retail business on their behalf. Genesis Live is the platform we built for those brands. Where clients once received static spreadsheets and slide decks, Genesis Live makes the same information continuous and self-serve: sales and inventory reporting drawn from retailer data, account activity from your Genesis team, and AI-driven analysis of your own numbers. It is built for brand owners, sales leaders, and account managers — people who read spreadsheets and want fewer of them.
One reporting layer across the retailers we manage for your brand — so the question is never "what happened," it's "what do we do."
A brand connects its Amazon selling account through Amazon's own secure authorization flow. Genesis Live never asks for, receives, or stores Amazon login credentials — authorization happens on Amazon, and Amazon issues the access.
| Data accessed | What your brand gets in return |
|---|---|
| Sales & traffic performance | Weekly and year-over-year sales reporting for your Amazon business alongside your other retailers. |
| Orders & inventory information | Order trends and sellable inventory position, feeding out-of-stock and replenishment visibility. |
| Fulfillment inventory levels | Where stock sits in the fulfillment network, so coverage gaps show up before they become lost sales. |
| Selling account & marketplace information | Basic account and marketplace context that keeps reporting correctly scoped to your brand. |
| Advertising performance | Ad performance viewed next to sales, so spend and results are read together. |
Each brand's connected data is used for one purpose: producing that brand's own reporting and analysis inside Genesis Live. Disconnecting removes Genesis Live's access; you can do it from either side, at any time.
Every number the AI shows traces back to your brand's actual data. It explains what is happening and why it matters; it does not make figures up.

Ask questions about your own business in plain language — "how did last week compare to last year?" — and get answers drawn from your data, with the sources shown.
MarketingVoxConsumer sentiment and review intelligence: what shoppers say about your products and your competitors', organized into themes you can act on.
MarketingGeorgyAI-search visibility: how often AI answer engines and search name your brand, where you're missing, and what to fix.
SalesGrowthScopeGrowth opportunity analysis: ranks category whitespace using live demand and assortment signals, with the reasoning shown.
FinanceProfitPulsePortfolio profitability: which items to protect, fix, grow, or divest, based on your sales and margin picture.
SalesPitcherRetailer-ready materials: pitch decks, shelf renders, and product imagery built from your brand profile.
MarketingVinciProduct page audits: scores your retail product pages, shows where they fall short, and drafts the fixes.
Also in the platform: demand and inventory signals that watch sales pace against plan and flag items worth chasing before they sell out.
Co-Manage is the window into your account activity at each retailer we represent you with: what's in motion, what's coming up, and where each priority stands — pipeline, meetings, action items, and status, in one view. It replaces the "what's the latest?" email with a page that's always current.
Every brand's data is isolated. A brand only ever sees its own data — never another client's.
Data is encrypted moving between systems and while stored.
Retailer credentials and access tokens are never exposed to the browser or to platform users.
Authenticated access is limited to users your brand authorizes, and connected-account access can be revoked at any time.
The Genesis Company is a CPG sales rep firm. We represent consumer brands at major retailers — managing their retail business with those retailers on their behalf. We built Genesis Live because our clients deserved better than a weekly spreadsheet: a live view of the business we manage for them, with the analysis layered on top. Genesis Live is available to brands represented by The Genesis Company.
